Acupuncture Services provided by Free Range Health.

Cost: $23 M/ $25 NM and the Snohomish Senior Center are pleased to offer low-cost acupuncture services to members and the general public.  Community-Style acupuncture is really just acupuncture that is performed in a group setting while patients relax in comfortable chairs. Acupuncture can help treat many health issues. Treatments usually last about 35-40 minutes, but the positive effects can last for much longer. In general, most people should be treated once a week for optimal benefit, but you should ask Dr. Alexander how often is best for your particular condition.

Any member can attend a regular Board Meeting.  Members cannot vote, but you can be informed.

Also, we have a suggestion box just outside the Directors office.  Suggestions placed in the Suggestion Box go directly to the Board President.

Creative Crafters, Knit & Crochet

Every Wednesday from 9:30am to 11:00am



The craft group is making a personal mission to help  those people who have greater needs by making scarves & hats for the homeless in our immediate area and the Everett Gospel Mission.  Or just sit and knit on a personal project and enjoy the company of other crafters.  There is a  supply of yarn for free.  No fee, just fun.

If you would like  to join the Crafters’ mission but can’t come to their group, you may donate items at the front desk.


Cribbage T & TH

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 10:30am












Play between 2 or 3 or 4 people.  Boards and cards available to accommodate many.

Anyone can come and play.

Enhance Fitness (Friday)

Enhance Fitness focuses on stretching, flexibility, balance, low impact aerobics, and strength training exercises — Your certified instructor who has undergone special training in fitness for older adults will lead you through an hour of dynamic exercises at a pace that’s right for you. Forms are required, pick a packet up at the front desk.

Qi Gong

Qigong is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space.

Tai Chi

Instructor Nancy Lucero continues beginner and intermediate instruction in the Yang style. The solo form takes students through a complete, natural range of motion over their center of gravity. Accurate, repeated practice of the solo routine is said to retrain posture, encourage circulation throughout the students’ bodies, maintain flexibility through their joints.

Session cost $96 ($8 per session/12 week session)
