Community-Style acupuncture is really just acupuncture that is performed in a group setting while patients relax in comfortable chairs. Acupuncture can help treat many health issues. Treatments usually last about 35-40 minutes, but the positive effects can last for much longer. In general, most people should be treated once a week for optimal benefit, but you should ask Dr. Alexander how often is best for your particular condition.

Caregiver Support Group

Family caregivers are under a tremendous amount of stress as they care for their loved ones. The Family Caregiver Support Program utilizes TCARE (Tailored Caregiver Assessment and Referral). TCARE measures stress, depression and relationship burdens involved with caregiving. TCARE creates a better way for the Family Caregiver Specialist to target services based on the caregivers's specific needs.
