Senior Fitness

Every Tuesday from 10:45 am to 11:45 am and Thursday from 10:30 am to 11:45 am.

This class lends itself to your fitness level, be it sitting, standing or a combination of both.

Every Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9:15 am to 10:15 am and every Tuesday from 5:30 pm to 6:30pm.

This class incorporates dance moves and energetic music into a fun workout.

Tai Chi

Every Tuesday: 9:00 am to 9:30 am Beginners, 9:30 am to 10:30 am Advanced

Instructor Nancy Lucero continues beginner and intermediate instruction in the Yang style. The solo form takes students through a complete, natural range of motion over their center of gravity. Accurate, repeated practice of the solo routine is said to retrain posture, encourage circulation throughout the students’ bodies, maintain flexibility through their joints.
